fantastic family getaway!
animation team friendly staff superb holiday relaxing pool
the animation team was great, and the staff serving the tables were friendly (ortância was very helpful). i enjoyed relaxing by the pool and watching the evening shows. the cocktails during the day tasted lovely and strong. the staff ensured a superb holiday experience.
the gym didn't have enough variety of exercise machines.

engaging staff helpful staff free train
I had a wonderful family holiday. The staff were engaging and helpful. Felipe Cunha was very entertaining (a magician, he is!). The free train to the town was handy. The nearest beach is a short walk.
The dessert selection had limited variety. I would have liked more options there. Still, everything tasted delicious.

comfortable beds delicious meals family room
We enjoyed our beautiful family room. it provided ample space and privacy for everyone. the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Everyone slept well! a la carte restaurants offered delicious meals, and we loved the variety of mocktails, cocktails, and ice cream. daily paddle sessions were a hit!
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the family room. A few scuffs on the walls.

road train pool areas entertainment team
The hotel has its own road train, it operates throughout the day. the train takes you to the beach and harbour. pool areas are clean, tidy, and they have child free areas. the entertainment team work very hard. They kept everyone entertained with various activities!

staff take so much care to please you. from the housekeeping staff who make sure our rooms are clean to all the waiting staff, they greet you with a smile. the staff ensure you have all you need.

The breakfast had excellent options. A train to the beach was easily accessible from the hotel. The gardens around the hotel are beautiful (I particularly enjoyed the flowers).
The main bar was too small. It was hard to get a seat after 5pm. The grounds looked shabby. They lacked care. Room staff did not replace the bottled water.
